MaxSys is recruiting for a Support Associate in the Construction Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
Our client is a local Construction material/tool supplier located in the East end of Ottawa. They are seeking a Support Associate. The ideal person for this position is highly organized and has strong time-management skills, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. This person also brings a strong aptitude for communication and customer service. Driving is required for this role – company vehicle provided for travel.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver and handle materials to clients, put away and stock delivered products
• Identify the need to refill or re-order materials based on customer stock minimums/maximums
• Use barcode scanning device to generate new orders/material requests
• Organizing and merchandising customer cabinets/shelves
• Visit client jobsites, offices, and shops
• Liaison with clients to support their needs

Requirements:

• G License and clean driver’s abstract – required
• Willing to complete a criminal background check – required
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role – required
